Hiring a Meeting Pod by the Hour at Euston
Our Wesley Pods are private, enclosed booths built for one person, so it's worth knowing what that means in practice before you book. They're not small meeting rooms for two or three people. Each one is a single-occupancy space designed for a call, a video meeting or an hour of focused work, and we've put them inside The Wesley Bar & Kitchen so you're never far from a coffee before or after.
What's inside
Each pod is a sound-reduced booth with its own lighting and ventilation, a small internal desk that's big enough for a laptop or notes, power outlets and high-speed Wi-Fi. We've kept the design compact rather than spacious, which is the trade-off for privacy: you get a door that closes and a space that keeps outside noise out, rather than a room to spread out in.
What it suits
We built the pods for business calls and video meetings, solo work or study time, recording or content creation, and private conversations you'd rather not have in a public space. If you're between trains at Euston and need somewhere quiet for a client call, or you're working from the hotel for a few hours and want to step away from the bar, a pod covers that without you committing to a full meeting room booking.
Sitting at a table in the bar works fine for casual emails, but it's harder to hold a proper conversation or a video call once there's background chatter and people moving past. Our pods are the answer to that specific problem: a door that closes, a desk to work from, and enough quiet that you can actually hear and be heard. They're not meant to replace a meeting room for a group, and they're not built for a long working day either. Think of them as a short, focused booking for a single task.

Our meeting pods are available for hourly hire, which makes them a lighter booking than a half-day or full-day meeting room. If there's more than one of you
A pod only fits one person, so if you need space for a small group, we have other options built for that instead. Our Jubilee Suite, for example, is sized for smaller syndicate meetings, and we also have boardrooms such as Marylebone with built-in AV for a more formal setup. The right choice comes down to numbers: a pod for one person working alone, a syndicate room once you're a group of two or more.
Why it works near Euston
We're a three to five minute walk from Euston Station, and just a couple of minutes from Euston Square, so a pod is a practical option if you're passing through London rather than staying overnight. You can book the time you actually need, take your call or finish your work, and be back on a train without losing half a day to travel either side of a meeting.
We also hold Green Tourism Gold and ECO Smart Platinum accreditation, so if you're choosing a venue for a client call or a piece of work you'd rather not do in a generic co-working space, that's a genuine point of difference rather than an add-on.
