Join us every Wednesday from 12:00pm – 5:00pm in our Fitness Centre on the Lower Ground Floor, where you can drop in at any time and enjoy a calm and welcoming environment at your own pace.
Follow guided wellness content on our Fitness Centre TV screen, including meditation, stretching and mindful breathing sessions designed to help you unwind and reset.
Whether you're looking to start your day with intention, take a mindful break, or simply enjoy a moment of calm during your stay, the Wellness Hub is here whenever you need it.
